Hasselback Potatoes

The Hasselback potatoes recipe originate from Sweden, and is as pleasing to the eyes than delicious in the mouth. These elegant potatoes are thinly sliced and roasted to golden brown perfection with butter and Guérande sea salt.

They come pre-cooked. All you have to do is finish baking them in the oven. They will get deliciously crispy in the outside but will remain soft inside! Hasselback potatoes are the perfect accompaniment to your grilled meats, roasted fish and will instantly make any dish more elegant and festive.

Oven, from frozen (recommended method):

Preheat the oven at 350°F (180°C). Place the potatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil to taste and let them cook for 30 minutes.

Microwave:

For 2 potatoes. Place potatoes in a microwavable dish and heat for 5 to 6 minutes at on HIGH (850W).
