Canelés from Bordeaux
With a delicate soft interior and a light caramel coating, our canelés are made traditionally in the Bordeaux region of southern France. Beyond simple sweetness, these morsels are renowned for their mouthwatering orange and Cognac custard center. Serve warm or cold, as you desire.
Serve warm: Preheat oven at 400°F. Place the Canelés on sheet pan with baking paper. Bake during 10 min and allow product to cool down for maximum crispness of the outside.
Serve cold: Place the Canelés for 5 hours in refrigerator. Before serving leave the Canelés at room temperature for 10 min minimum.
