Ibérico Whole Rabbit

The Iberian Rabbit is the result of working with selected autochthonous breeds from the Iberian Peninsula. Raised on low-density farms with natural feeds composed of aromatic plants that simulate the life in the wild. Their feed is free of transgenic vegetables and rich in antioxidants. Their meat is tender and mild, with a subtle flavor full of nuances typical of wild rabbits.
