Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 410°F. Place empanada on baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Cook to a minimum of 160°F internal temperature.

CRUST: Flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromated, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), water, vegetable shortening (palm oil), lard (refined lard, BHA and BHT added to help protect flavor), salt, sugar, potassium sorbate FILLING: spinach, imitation Mozzarella Cheese (water, food starch, palm oil, whey, salt, modified food starch caseinate, natural flavor, sodium phosphate, sorbic acid, artificial color, mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cultures, salt, enzymes), margarine (vegetable oil blend (palm oil and soybean oil), water, salt, contains less than 2% of soy lecithin, vegetable mono & diglycerides, potassium sorbate, citric acid, natural & artificial flavor, beta-carotene, vitamin A palmitate added, whey, garlic, salt, seasoning ix (salt, dehydrated garlic and onion, spices, disodium guanylate and inosinate, paprika), oregano.
