Outstanding sardines! They arrived perfectly frozen. We grilled them in a fish grille so it’s easy to flip on the bbq, 5mn on each side at high heat, just seasoned with olive oil and sea salt. Honestly they were exactly as good as the ones we eat in Spain or Greece along the Mediterranean Sea!!

These were fantastic,I was so skeptical that I would not cook them to perfection as per eating them in Barcelona but glad to say
They were as close to the real thing as they could be,an ocean away!!
