Bouquet Garni

In order to preserve the organoleptic qualities of our dried plants as well as possible, we recommend that you store them at room temperature, away from light in the biodegradable bag provided for this purpose.
Bouquet Garni is an essential ingredient of all traditional stews. Chefs call it BG and use its subtle scents to flavor blanquettes, beef bourguignon, fish or meat stacks, and other stew dishes.


Best of all, it couldn't be easier to use! Just pop it in your dish when you start cooking and take it out just before serving.
