Trapper's Mix: This mix was originally an accident! A trapper from Northern Canada spilt his salt cellar into his pot of maple syrup. As he didn’t want to waste his precious sugar, he used it to season his dried bison meat. That’s how this typical Quebec delight was created!
This mix is made from salt and crystals of maple sugar obtained by evaporating maple syrup at 123°C.
Devilishly delicious, it can be used like fleur de sel on anything, with all your savoury dishes, before or after cooking.

Madras Curry: This spice mix comes from Madras, a port on the coast of Coromandel, in Tamil nadu, South-East India, which was one of the first English trading posts.It's spicy, hot and tasty flavor and its bright colour will enhance lamb, white meat, and vegetables which are often served with bananas, apples or pineapple. This amazing patchwork of tastes so emblematic of the wonders of India.
